Biochemical Warrior: The Land Keeper is part of the Theme Series set of building blocks, the entire set contains 66 building blocks particles. The Lego 70781 was first launched in 2015 and has since been re-enacted by domestic building blocks such as DECOOL/JiSi and KSZ.
