The Phantom Spinner - Jay-Spinjitzu Master is part of the Ninjago series of building blocks, the entire set contains 68 building blocks particles. The Lego 70635 was first launched in 2018 and has since been re-enacted by domestic building blocks such as DECOOL/JiSi, SY, LERI/BELA.
